How we work with our clients

In business, efficiency means handing a topic over to the expert who knows it best.

That is how we approach every partnership. We gather requirements and the key facts about the industry and field in which our client is the expert, and we listen carefully to the business goals they need to achieve. As the language experts, we then tailor the training – linguistically and culturally – so that our client reaches those goals.

Minimum time spent on paperwork, maximum value from working together.

We take the load off your HR and L&D teams and handle the whole organisation of the training: from placement tests, through forming and matching groups, to preparing access links to the online platform with instructions. This saves your employees' time and your company's money, because the people responsible for training do not have to step away from their day-to-day work to look after ours.

See how little of your time our process requires:

  • some of the steps marked CUSTOM-MADE TEAM run in parallel – the whole process, from your decision to work with us to the start of the courses, takes about 2–4 weeks, depending on how complex the programme is and how many participants have signed up
  • steps marked CUSTOM-MADE TEAM usually happen without your involvement, but you are welcome to take part in them if you wish
  • Gathering the employer's/client's requirements

We start by defining the purpose of the training and the results expected for the company and for participants from a given department or role – TOGETHER WITH THE CLIENT

  • Collecting the list of participants

We collect the list of employees the client has signed up for the course; each of them receives a link to the placement test. This lets us estimate the range of levels and the number of groups – TOGETHER WITH THE CLIENT

  • Placement tests

We run placement tests and identify each participant's abilities and additional needs – CUSTOM-MADE TEAM

  • Grouping by level

Based on the placement tests, we put participants into groups that match their abilities and levels. We also consider the type of course – for courses focused on communication skills, we pay particular attention to the results of the speaking test – CUSTOM-MADE TEAM

  • Class schedule

Once the groups are outlined, we build a class schedule that fits the needs and availability of the client and the participants – CUSTOM-MADE TEAM

  • Choosing the trainers

Beyond matching schedules, we match trainers to the specific methodological requirements and to the needs of each group or individual participant – CUSTOM-MADE TEAM

  • Framework syllabus

At this stage we bring together the client's requirements and expected outcomes and prepare a framework syllabus for each group – CUSTOM-MADE TEAM

  • Adding specific requirements

We extend the framework syllabus and the employer's requirements with needs specific to a role, department or individual participant and their level – CUSTOM-MADE TEAM

  • Technical preparation

We set up the groups, the materials and the assignment of participants and trainers on the platform – CUSTOM-MADE TEAM

  • Sharing access

We prepare access details and codes for the online sessions and send the client any joining/login instructions – CUSTOM-MADE TEAM

  • Client approval

We hand over the final programme, group split and session access for the client's review and final approval – TOGETHER WITH THE CLIENT

  • Courses start

The new courses begin – all within 2–4 weeks of the decision to launch the training – TOGETHER WITH THE CLIENT

What makes us different?

Training rooted in culture.

Better internal communication for international companies with culturally mixed teams:

PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN CROSS-CULTURAL TEAMS

COMMUNICATION WITH THE COMPANY'S BRANCHES ABROAD

To avoid conflicts and misunderstandings, team members need more than the right language preparation – they also need to understand each other's cultures.

The challenge often lies in the way, form and register in which information is passed between branches. Cross-cultural communication is essential whatever the language: you need to adapt the way you communicate to the business communication style of your colleagues abroad, so that the work runs smoothly.

We help international companies communicate better by giving their employees the right language training, so that cultural misunderstandings and conflicts do not arise. Mixed teams work smoothly and without unnecessary friction, and projects are delivered faster and more efficiently.

We help internal departments of international companies communicate effectively with their counterparts abroad in a foreign language, with a full understanding of the business context. There is nothing worse for a company than work grinding to a halt or delays caused by a misunderstanding.

We tailor the training programme in terms of topics and grammar, with a focus on active use, so that new skills can be put to work as quickly as possible. We favour personalisation over the generic programmes widely available on the market. We advise companies on how to motivate employees to learn, which billing models they can adopt and which types of courses will work best in their situation.

Our clients take their offer to foreign markets by:

SELLING THEIR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OUTSIDE POLAND

OPENING BRANCHES ABROAD AND HIRING LOCAL STAFF

Besides the right language preparation (English for sales and marketing teams or for trade fairs, or the language of the target country), it is important to root the learning in the culture of the country the offer is aimed at: its business customs and the specifics of its market.

Here, cross-cultural communication is crucial – whether it happens in English or in the language of the country where the branch is located. You need to understand the local work culture and onboard people into the organisation's culture while respecting the culture and customs of that country (training for HR, L&D, benefits teams, etc.).

We help companies enter foreign markets by training their employees in the language so that they can present the company's services and products clearly.

We support sales teams in closing deals by polishing their sales skills in a foreign language. There is nothing worse for a company than losing a lucrative contract because of a misunderstanding.

We tailor the training programme in terms of topics and grammar, with a focus on active use, so that new skills can be put to work as quickly as possible.
We build the programme and content around the client's own materials to match their real needs and personalise the training.

We advise companies on how to motivate employees to learn, which billing models they can adopt and which types of courses will work best in their situation.

We are AGILE.

We work incrementally, towards clearly defined goals, milestones and progress reviews.
We believe that the way a teacher shares knowledge in class is one of the most important factors in our participants' success and progress.

Our trainers are experienced professionals who specialise in in-company courses.

Their skills are backed by diplomas and certificates, and they keep developing through courses and conferences. They work with passion and commitment.

Many years of experience with participants from many industries have taught us how to run engaging classes that make people want to learn more, and how to achieve satisfying results.

We work closely with our participants, who can help shape the syllabus and choose the materials as the course goes on. Above all, we want them to be able to use what they learn in practice, which is why we adapt the programme to the company's individual and current needs.
